Luxurious holiday home, which sleeps a maximum of 9 people, is situated in a quiet lakeside residential area just 15 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and is located only 20 minutes drive from all Disney attractions. It has a wonderful heated/screened pool where you can relax & pamper yourself or take a refreshing swim.

The Villa contains a quiet seating area and formal dining room which seats 6. A fully equipped kitchen, containing oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and large side-by-side refrigerator, breakfast table and all crockery & utensils.

The property has spacious lounge with 37 inch TV with cable, VCR & DVD player, a selection of films and a stereo system. There is free wifi for guests.

The master bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe, an ensuite which includes a large walk in shower and oval bath for relaxing. The master bedroom also benefits from patio doors which open out into the pool area.

The holiday home has three further bedrooms and sleeps maximum of 9 people. As well as a TV in the master bedroom, there is a further TV/DVD/VCR in the twin bedroom with cable television.

It has a double garage and a seperate utility room containing washer and dryer which are accessed via the kitchen.

Lastly the villa has air conditioning throughout whcih heats and cools to regulate the internal temperature to a comfortable level all year round.

One of the most spectacular features of the property is the luxurious pool with exquisite lakeside views. The heated/private screened swimming pool with spa pool also includes pool toys, patio furniture including sun loungers and chairs and BBQ. There are also an assortment of indoor board games, a telephone for incoming and local outgoing calls and linen and towels are provided.

Our holiday home is located within 20 minutes drive from Disney attractions including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Wet & Wild, Gatorland, Sea World, Universal Studios and Church Street Statio and many more.

Shopping Malls nearby include The Florida Mall, Millennia Mall, Festival Mall and Beales Shopping Outlets and Supermarkets such as Publix are within 5 minutes drive or Wal Mart is within 10 minutes drive which enables you to have everything you could possibly need to enjoy your well deserved holiday.

Daytona and Cocoa beaches on the east coast are approximately an hour’s drive. Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches on the west coast are approximately two hours drive.

The villa overlooks a large lake but swimming and fishing is prohibited.

Orlando International Airport is just 15 minutes drive from the villa. Sanford International Airport is approximately an hour’s drive.

Please note that there is a compulsory cleaning fee of $88.00 per booking and pool heat is an optional extra charges at $28.00 per day provided on request.
